All three of these oil blends, when applied topically to the chest and throat, promote a refreshing breathing experienced (topically or diffused). I’d like to share some general information about all three blends and I’ll share which one is my favorite and why.
Breathe Again Roll-On (10ml roller)
Breathe Again™ Roll-On combines Copaiba, Myrtle, and Peppermint with four different types of Eucalyptus —including Eucalyptus Blue—to create a powerful, invigorating experience. It is the perfect companion for early mornings, long days, and tough workouts—the name says it all.
R.C. Essential Oil Blend (15ml)
R.C.™ essential oil blend is a powerful combination of Cypress, Spruce, and three types of Eucalyptus oils (E. citriodora, E. globulus, and E. radiata). The initials stand for respiratory care, as this oil may provide a refreshing breathing experience.
Raven Essential Oil Blend (15ml)
Raven™ essential oil blend is a combination of Ravintsara, Eucalyptus Radiata, Lemon, Peppermint, and Wintergreen and is designed to give you a refreshing breathing experience.
Which blend is my favorite and why?
I started buying Young Living Essential Oils in 2014. At the time I started using Young Living’s R.C. blend was out of stock – due to a sourcing issue of one of it’s ingredients. We waited patiently on Mother Nature to do her thing to grow the plants needed, so that the plant matter could be harvested in due time, so that the essential oils could be distiller, so that the quality testing could be done and then the seal placed on the bottle. You know, the whole “seed to seal” part that Young Living takes so seriously. It requires patience.
Within about a year’s time R.C. came back into stock and available for purchase. During that time I learned that R.C. was the VERY FIRST blend created by founder D. Gary Young. Prior to that he had been focused on merely bringing us single oils – like lavender, lemon, peppermint, orange, etc. And then he moved into creating more and more blends. And this is where Gary’s knowledge about the emotional benefits of the oils really shined.
R.C. is my favorite. I have loaded up my “breathe” nasal inhaler with it (and give these away ALL THE TIME). I use it on my Essence “Create It” Nasal Diffuser. I put 10 drops in my Haven diffuser on Saturday mornings when the windows have been flung open and the fresh air is flowing through the house. I have it in my car diffuser on the regular.
Why do I like it? It’s my personal preference. The myrtle, eucalyptus and marjoram combo stands out to me – and it’s just so refreshing. Sometimes I even put a drop in the palm of my hand, rub them together, and cup them over my nose and mouth and sit quietly to inhale / exhale for about 60 seconds.
R.C. is my refreshing scent. I never want to be without the R.C. essential oil blend! Oh yes – I’ve stocked up!
But honestly, ANY of these blends would be great to have at the ready, and within arm’s reach. But don’t let it sit there on the oil shelf. PUT.IT.TO.WORK. The oils don’t work unless you use them.
Watch the blog for more info on each of these blends over the next three days – I’ll be sharing feature & benefits, directions and suggested use.
