Let’s talk about YL’s Vitality Oils for a sec. Who adds essential oils to their water?

I DO! My current fav is Grapefruit! Just one drop is all you need! Quick tip: If you find the essential oil in the Vitality Collection section of the YL Product Guide then you can use it internally by adding to drinks, food dishes, putting it in a capsule, etc. Note that it’s the EXACT same oil / just in a different bottle (due to labeling guidelines). Here’s the reason for the different labels: Labeling guidelines for anything we ingest is dictated by the FDA. YL chose to make separate labels including internal use instructions for those oils. (This keeps the internal use instructions separate from topical / aromatic use instructions. But again, it’s the same oil.)Remember – read those labels!
